Water pressure booster sets are widely used to deliver water for residential and light commercial applications such as:

The system can be fixed speed or variable speed, and variable speed with VFD control is preferable due to its accurate head and flow delivery and energy saving.

A common booster system consists of

st. st. multistage pumps (vertical/horizontal, available with built-in VFD),

manifold, valves, fittings,

sensors,

pressure tank,

baseplate,

and/or control cabinet.

Fixed speed system, consisting of pump set without built-in VFD or control cabinet

Variable speed system, consisting of pump set and control cabinet

Digital variable speed system, consisting of pump set with built-in VFD and control cabinet
